number ("Personal Information") when you place an order with us.

Provide At The Toner Exchange we collect
Personal Information only for the purposes of fulfilling orders, providing a
high level of customer service and gaining knowledge internally regarding what
our customers want. We do not give or sell Personal Information of any
kind.

Provide Among our top priorities is keeping
your Personal Information secure. Access to your Personal Information is
provided only to our employees who need to know such information for the
purpose of fulfilling your order. Shopping Cart Security
Our shopping payment system is encrypted using SSL (Secure
Socket Layer) encryption process, which is supported by the Netscape, Microsoft
and America On Line Browsers. SSL encryption makes your on-line ordering safe
and is the adopted standard for processing a secure credit card over the
Internet. Once you go to our shopping cart pages, you are automatically
switched to the secure http port (https). This encryption makes it impossible
for unauthorized parties to read any information that you send to us.

these Terms By using our Web site, you agree to accept the
The Toner Exchange Policies. Make sure you read this page carefully, because if
you choose to use our Web site, you automatically agree to these policies. If
you do not agree, please do not use our Web site. We reserve the right to
change, modify, add, or remove portions of this policy at our discretion, at
any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use
of our Web site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you
accept those changes.
Guarantee
Policy If
you experience a problem with your toner cartridge and you are not able to
troubleshoot using our FAQ page,
please stop using your cartridge and call us as soon as possible. For us to
guarantee our cartridges, ( i.e. a defective toner cartridge) there must be
more than 10% of the toner remaining in the cartridge. Toner cartridges are
considered empty if there is less than 10% of the toner left. We cannot replace
or refund money for empty toner cartridges. It is your
responsibility to contact us if a problem arises so we can properly guarantee
our cartridges.
Delivery
Policy Local delivery is free for all orders
over $50.00. Orders under $50.00 are subject to a $4.00 delivery charge and
orders outside our local delivery area are subject to a $4.00 fee as well.
Emergency deliveries are available for an additional $15.00 during normal
business hours only.
Shipping/Freight
Policy Orders are shipped Monday
Friday, UPS Ground or Fed-Ex as appropriate. Shipping and Handling charges are
included with invoices. Claims for shortages or damaged product must be
reported to The Toner Exchange within 5 business days.
Product Return
Policy 1. To return any product,
defective or non-defective, you must first contact The Toner Exchange prior to
returning the product to us. You can email us at

or call us Toll Free at 1-800-789-8663. 2. Products
returned to The Toner Exchange as Defective will be examined. If the product is
defective we will replace the product, credit your account or refund your
money. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 3.
Products returned to The Toner Exchange that are Non-Defective, (Surplus items,
Customer Error) are subject to a 15% Restocking fee. Returns for non-defective
products will not be accepted after 120 days from original invoice date.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. 4. Returned
products must be in re-sellable condition. Products must be in original
packaging. Products that have been partially used or damaged will not be
accepted for return. (i.e. you have removed the seal from the
cartridge) 5. Bottled toner and discontinued products are
non-returnable. 6. Defective cartridges returned to us that
have less than 10% of the original amount of toner will be considered as empty
and will not be replaced. 7. When shipping back to The
Toner Exchange always use a carrier that provides you with a tracking number to
assure that your package arrives safely at The Toner Exchange. The Toner
Exchange is not responsible for packages lost in the mail.
Special Orders Special orders are subject to
advance payment unless the firm/ organization is approved for a Net 30
commercial account, or prior arrangements have been made. Special orders for
non-stocking items are subject to a $2.95 Special Order Fee. Returns will not
be accepted for special order items other than those that are
defective.
Terms &
Conditions The Toner Exchange accepts cash, money
orders, personal and business checks, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
We also accept purchase orders and provide commercial accounts for approved
firms/organizations. Net 30 Terms are available for clients who have been in
business for at least two years and have a positive rating. Returned checks are
subject to a $25.00 charge and must be repaid by Cash or Cashiers
